At Aysmiriah, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a flexible returns policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

Conditions for Returns

  1. Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  3. Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as lingerie, swimwear with the hygiene protector sticker removed, and final sale items, are not eligible for return.
  4. Returns: Please email Hello@aysmiriah.com for all returns. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving delivery of your parcel.

Process

  1. Initiate Return: To begin your return, Please email Hello@Aysmiriah.com for all returns. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving delivery of your parcel. You will need your order number and email address.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Pack your items securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative. Ensure all tags are intact.
  3. Shipping: Ship your return using a trackable service to ensure we receive your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless a prepaid label is used.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund within 3-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Eligible returned items can be refunded via the original payment method or via store credit. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank.
  • Deductions: A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount if a prepaid label is used. Additionally, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from refunds.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Additional Information

  • Sale Items: Returns on sale items are not accepted, all items sold at a discounted price are final sale, unless the product is deemed faulty.
  • Swimwear: Swimwear bottoms will be shipped with a hygiene protector sticker in place. Any bottoms with this sticker removed will not be accepted for returns. If the sticker is missing when the order reaches you, please contact our customer service team as soon as you receive the item.
  • International Orders: International orders are not eligible for refunds. Returns for international orders must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery for a credit note minus the restocking fee. All costs associated with international returns are the customer’s responsibility.
