At Aysmiriah, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience by offering fast shipping and we are working on streamlining the fastest providers for all destinations. Currently all orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and delivered by our trusted courier, AusPost.

Shipping Times and Tracking

  • Standard Delivery in Australia: Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox. You can use the tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

International Duties, Taxes & VAT

  • Customers located outside of Australia are responsible for the taxes and duties of the destination country. Regulations and guidelines vary by country, and we are not liable for these additional costs. We highly advise checking with your local customs authority for an accurate calculation of any duties or taxes payable.
  • If a customer refuses a package, they are responsible for the original shipping charges, any incurred import fees, and the cost of returning the parcel to our warehouse. These amounts will be deducted from your refund once the shipment is received at the warehouse.

Important Information

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, including sales, please allow extra time for processing.
  • Duties and Taxes: Duties and taxes are included in the final payment at checkout, except for orders to Brazil and other specific regions where local customs fees may apply.
  • Route Package Protection: We highly recommend adding shipping Protection for additional coverage once your order leaves our hands. Without this, Aysmiriah is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
  • Delivery Restrictions: We advise against shipping to public environments like hotels. Please ensure you provide a designated unit number or door code.
  • Public Holidays: Our warehouse does not operate on public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed the next business day.
  • Customs and Duties: Orders over specific values may incur customs and import duties. Please check with your local customs office for details.

FAQs

Will I be charged customs and import duties?

  • Australia: You will not be charged for customs or tax's.
  • For other countries, duties are applied by local customs. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an estimated amount.

Which couriers do you use?

  • AUD Orders: AusPost
  • Rest of the world orders: AusPost

Do you deliver on bank holidays and weekends?

  • Delivery times do not include weekends or bank holidays. Some couriers may deliver on weekends, but this cannot be guaranteed.

How do I track my order?
