Conditions for Returns

1. Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
3. Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as lingerie, swimwear with the hygiene protector sticker removed, and final sale items, are not eligible for return.
4. Returns: A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount if a prepaid label is used. Additionally, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from refunds.
5. Sale: we do not accept returns on sale items.

Size exchanges

1. We accept size exchanges: If you need a different size, we’re happy to exchange your item, provided it is returned in original condition with all tags attached.

Contact us within 14 days: Please email our team at Hello@aysmiriah.com within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange your exchange.

Shipping costs: Customers cover the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new size out to you.

Subject to availability: All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or, if preferred, a refund (note: refunds will incur a $10 restocking fee) as per our Returns Policy.

Sale: We do not offer exchanges on sale items.
